Fire in the hole!
When I was in the Army I had one place that I would go back to every time I was on leave. This place consists of 185 acres of rolling hills, with oaks and pines at least 70 feet tall, a creek that moves through the land, ponds for waterfowl, wildlife that provides beautiful sounds throughout the day, cool brisk spring mornings, and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. To this day, this place provides me an environment to disconnect from the demands of life and bring serenity to the soul.
In 2019, I had a desire to find a way to share this beautiful all-natural landscape with others. After much time in prayer and speaking with family and friends, I decided to establish Warrior Rendezvous Farm Stay. The concept behind the farm stay is to provide an all-natural environment that consists of therapeutic activities and opportunities for individuals to reconnect with their inner self. One of my goals is to be able to provide this service free to our military veterans and their family. Being able to accomplish this goal will take me on a long journey that will be difficult to see at times.
